Craig Katsuyama

Craig is an accomplished finance and operations executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives across technology, healthcare, and real estate sectors.

Most recently, Craig served as Vice President of Finance at The Public Health Company, where he directed Finance, Accounting, and HR functions, managed multi-state compliance, and spearheaded fundraising efforts. He played a critical role in aligning financial strategy with organizational goals, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting while guiding commercial operations, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.

Prior to that, Craig held senior leadership roles at IEX Group, a leading financial technology firm, where he served as Head of Business Operations and Head of Accounting & Finance. There, he managed multi-entity financial reporting, investor relations, and operational strategy, contributing to the company’s growth and regulatory compliance. His earlier career includes leadership positions in asset management and financial planning at 20 VIC Management, Hawthorne Realty Advisors, and IBM Canada.

A 1997 graduate of Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, Canada, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

Craig lives in the NYC Metro area with his wife Lori and their son.
